Shaw Commercials, Castlebar, appointed Renault truck dealer for North West region.

Renault Trucks penetration of the Irish heavy-to-light duty commercial vehicle market will continue to increase with the appointment of new dealers in strategic locations across the country. New to the Renault Trucks Dealer Network is Shaw Commercials, Castlebar, County Mayo, which will cover the North West region for the renowned French brand.

At an official launch at Breaffy Woods Hotel and Conference Centre, Castlebar, Dealer Principal, Mick Shaw, and his 25 staff were officially welcomed to the network by Sean Loftus, Managing Director, Setanta Vehicles Sales Ltd, Renault Trucks Importers and Distributors.

Also on the day presentations covering vehicle finance, fuel efficiency/driver training, road legislation changes and methods of reducing costs were made.

Shaw Commercials will offer the full Renault Trucks Sales, Service and Aftermarket products as well as acquiring the Schmitz Cargobull (trailers and bodies), Dennis Eagle (refuse trucks) franchises available through Setanta Vehicle Sales Ltd.

Situated at the Business Park, Breaffy Road, Castlebar, Shaw Commercials also operates the successful Castlebar DOE/VTN Test Centre at the same location.
