Roadworks' grant for Tourmakeady
Minister of State at the Office of Public Works, Brian Hayes T.D. has informed Minister of State Michael Ring that €16,200 has been allocated for the replacement of a culvert at Killateeaun, Tourmakeady.

St Stephen’s Day Time Trial was tough going
On a windy squally St Stephen's Day, day 20 brave soles through caution to the wind and lined up outside the cycling centre Ballinrobe for 16 rough kilometers, armed with Christmas dinner and a belly full of beverages from the day before, motivation was on thin ice.
