A meeting of the newly-reformed Jack Garrett Fianna Fáil Comhairle Cheantair in Crossmolina was adjourned as a mark of respect for the late Sylvie Mulhern R.I.P.

The adjournment followed the election of officers with Gerry McGuinness elected Chairperson and Michael Loftus elected as Secretary. Further officers will be elected at a reconvened meeting in March.
Dara Calleary T.D. led the tributes to Sylvie Mulhern.
