Cllr O’Malley has been informed by Minister of State, Michael Ring that grant aid has been given to provide cycle parking at St. Brendan’s National School in Kilmeena.
“This is funded under the Green Schools Travel Programme. This facility will encourage cycling to and from school. Children are encouraged to avail of this facility which will promote a more active lifestyle in a safe environment. I would like to wish all cyclists to have a safe journey when travelling to school” commented Cllr O’Malley.
