Former Liverpool and Irish international soccer star, Ronnie Whelan, surprised those taking part in Hotel Westport's popular Wellness - Fitness -  Break when he took some time out to visit the popular Mayo hotel.

The Ocean Spirit Spa and Leisure at Hotel Westport is proving very popular and  there was grat excitment among guests and staff when the popular RTE TV soccer analyst dropped in.

He was greeted by hotel staff, including Declan Heneghan, General Manager, and Hotel Westport Ocean Spirit Leisure Manager, Tony Hynes.
